The Equip ID app follows the default language of your phone. If the app does not have a particular language available, it falls back onto English.
For example, if you change your device language to Japanese, the app will show all messages and prompts in Japanese. If you change your default language into Finnish, it will show everything in English (because we have not done Finnish translations).
If for whatever reason the app continues to be in English, but it should be in a different language, please try the following steps:
1. Swipe out the app and restart
2. Log off and log in
3. Update the app to the latest version
4. Restart your phone
